Worcester Impact primarily serves fathers, youth, and young adults across Worcester. We work alongside people seeking stronger relationships, greater stability, and meaningful opportunities to move forward.

Fathers

We support fathers in strengthening relationships with their children, growing as caregivers, and building greater personal and financial stability. This includes fathers navigating reentry, family separation, or other barriers that can make it difficult to move forward.

Youth and Young Adults

We provide trusted mentorship as young people build confidence, leadership, life skills, and career readiness. Our work helps youth recognize the strengths they already carry and make decisions that support the future they want.

Families

Our primary focus is fathers and youth, but growth doesn’t happen in isolation. We work with families to rebuild trust, improve communication, and create safer, more stable relationships.

How We Work

Our approach is trauma-informed, healing-centered, and grounded in lived experience. We meet people where they are and provide:
