Worcester Impact serves youth and young adults in building resiliency, purpose, and stability in their lives. Our work focuses on individuals navigating barriers to education, employment and family connection
Our Focus: (Ages 16–24)
We work primarily with:
Youth and Young Adults developing emotional resilience, leadership, and career readiness.
Fathers and Young Men who want to strengthen their roles as caregivers, mentors and community leaders.
Families working to rebuild trust, communication, and stability through healing-centered engagement.
Our participants often come from communities that have faced systemic barriers but continue to show strength, determination, and a desire to lead change when given the right support.
Our Approach
We meet participants where they are and walk alongside them as they build confidence, leadership, and hope. Worcester Impact provides:
Mentorship grounded in lived experience
Resiliency and leadership development
Career readiness and life skills training
Healing-centered family engagement
We believe that resilient individuals build resilient communities. By empowering youth and fathers to lead with confidence and compassion, we strengthen families and create a more connected, hopeful Worcester.
